If the Dems don’t change their messaging & manage to lose in 2022 & 2024, we will be an autocracy. What so many people don’t realize (unfortunately) is that a return to our constitutional system will no longer be possible. Voting for anything will be a formality that essentially will no longer matter. The cult supporters of TFG will be worse off than they think they are now. The people in power will get even more corrupt while enriching themselves as the country deteriorates into a third world country. If we can’t get through to our citizens what an autocracy looks like, or if people continue to stick their heads in the sand, there really is no hope for us. Yes, it can happen right here in the USA, and all indicators are pointing in that direction.
Messaging is so important, they should be all over the media and get into stealth mode. Kamala, Joe all of them. Thank you both, Timothy Snyder is also putting out his daily on each one of his on tyranny warnings also. As Sarah always says it right in plain sight.
Our political duopoly between the Democrats and Republicans has painted the voters into a corner. Neither party seems to acknowledge that neoliberal economics has failed and deindustrialized America to the point that there is a demand for autocracy. There has been a schism between the corporate Democrats and Democratic Socialists. There are those in the Dem party that realize that the neoliberal order is destructive and the root cause of the Republicans drifting toward fascism. But this minority does not have the power to make significant changes to reverse the tide. Since third parties are stifled, they are not the solution. It must come from a reformed Democrat party. The rush toward fascism is an urgent threat that Democrat leadership needs to address for what it is. Jan 6th should have been a wake up call for the change needed.

A respected family member argued recently that Sarah Kendzior was an alarmist. Here's Hillary Clinton's recent comment, "“I'm astonished that more people don’t see, or can’t face, America’s existential crisis.”
Sarah and others are alarmed because alarm is *warranted*!
