The GOP stridently rejects the idea that they are fascist. Along with this denial comes the claim that the "left" is fascist. It's classic projection. Those that I've spoken with on the far right, have a serious misconception of fascism. They are really confused as to what fascism is, thanks to right wing media and their need to bamboozle their cult. Fascism has a bad connotation, so people do not want to be labeled with it. It's easier for them to deny that what tRump is selling is fascism. So down the rabbit hole they go.

The GOP rejection of being described as fascist reminds me of Newt Gingrich's memo to GOPAC in 1990 on the use of language to control the political dialog. Here is the link: https://fair.org/home/language-a-key-mechanism-of-control/ Gingrich and Trump are a lot alike. Both talented in persuasion and mind control and both lack the moral center required of responsible leadership. Let's not call GOP fascists. Let's call them out for what the world under their leadership would look like and make people feel. Lost, fearful, afraid!

Newt and tRump are both sociopaths, so that is what drives their unethical behavior and manipulation.
