Every Friday I include a calming or inspiring image. Today’s submission, from a Lucid subscriber, depicts part of a river that runs from Durango to Silverton, Colorado. We are all on a journey, like this water, and we are sheltered by nature as we go.

Sadly, as I read your sentence “..and we are sheltered by nature as we go” my first thought was “until we destroy it”. But, you are correct - it is a calming image and I do find solace, peace and strength when in nature.
