Every Friday I include a photo. Since we are getting to the end of summer —in many places in the US, schools and universities have started classes— I offer a carefree summer scene of sailboats in Mountain View, CA. It was sent to me by a Lucid subscriber and it is restful for the senses.

Amazingly, even just looking at a nature scene can give your nervous system a break. Here is a link to a medical journal article with all the data!
