I read about the live chat too late; will make sure I’m ready for it next Friday. I did read the CNN op ed and agree with every word. I don’t know what we should do as citizens to have a voice of outrage that can be heard. I live in FL with awful senators and with a rep who’s going to tow the R line no matter what. Those I know in my neighborhood and a family member are Fox watchers and they just parrot the garbage. When I respectfully try to reason with them, they may not know how to respond or may even agree with some things. But they don’t want to face or consider the truth. It’s mind boggling that they don’t see the truth as it clearly presents itself, re insurrection, etc. One told me he only watches Fox news b/c Fox tells viewers that’s all they need to watch, insinuating they would be led astray by other news sources. Fox can’t possibly respect their viewers. Some are just racist, driven by that, when you scratch under the surface deeply enough.
