Ruth's democracy group brief, as well as the one from the Civil War historians, seem like our best hope for swaying the swing justices on Trump's 14th amendment qualifications. I hope SCOTUS will refuse to take Trump's immunity appeal, and look forward to hearing Ruth & Ryan's takes on all of it!
