Hoping … really hoping, Ruth, that you can repeat, soon, in a Zoom gathering … 3 gob-smacking points you made with Leigh McGowan on her Politics Girl podcast - Lee said: this is a one issue election for her - we HAVE to vote out the Radical Republicans…. they can’t be trusted with power (they break everything and are trying to kill everybody!) … and you said: our work, however we “do democracy” locally, must be done with the same care and daily attention that we attach to our diet, and exercise, and personal hygiene, and recreating, and resting …. and secondly, you encouraged us to make part of our messaging include telling stories of how our “doing democracy” activities is transforming our lives.
